Description

GS insPIRe® S composite panels are a versatile material designed for the construction of external curtain walls and internal partition walls in frame structures. Their design allows flexible installation in vertical and horizontal arrangements to accommodate a wide variety of design requirements. The panels are available as single- and multi-span wall elements, ensuring their versatility and functionality.

GS insPIRe® S panels are made from high-quality steel sheet galvanised on both sides in accordance with EN 10346. The sheet is coated with organic polyester varnish with a coating thickness of 25 μm to ensure weather resistance and long-lasting aesthetics. To ensure the tightness of the joints between the panels, a polyurethane PUS gasket is used, already applied at the production stage.

For ease of installation, the panels are available in different thicknesses and lock types: in the 100 mm and 120 mm thicknesses, the panels have a tongue-and-groove lock, while the 40 mm, 60 mm and 80 mm thicknesses have a flat lock. This makes it possible to precisely match the building requirements and ensure the robustness and durability of the wall construction.

1. profiling of the tin cladding makes the walls look aesthetically pleasing
Large lock profile radius to ensure intactness of sheet metal coatings
3. double locking of the panels to guarantee high fire resistance properties
4. profiled edges for easier installation and increased thermal insulation
5. rigid PIR foam core with very good thermal and fire insulation properties
6 Continuous polyurethane seal to maintain high thermal insulation. It is applied during the manufacturing process
7. aluminium foil to prevent vapour penetration into the polyurethane foam core
