Panels termPIR® - ideal flat roof insulation
The high thermal insulation performance and low water absorption of termPIR® panels make them ideal for insulating flat roofs.
Advantages of termPIR® panels:
- High thermal insulation: They are characterised by a low λ (lambda) coefficient, which means that they effectively retain heat inside the building.
- Low absorbency: Moisture-resistant for long-lasting insulation.
- Ease of installation: Easy and quick to install, saving time and costs.
- Lightweight design: Lightweight, which does not weigh down the roof structure.
- Compatibility: Compatible with a wide range of vapour barriers and waterproofing.
Application of termPIR® panels:
- Flat roofs: Ideal for insulating flat roofs, both in newly built and retrofitted buildings.
- Walls: They can also be used for wall insulation.
- Floors: They can also be used for floor insulation.

Legend:
- 01. Waterproofing (PVC membrane): Protects the roof from water and moisture.
- 02. termPIR® AL board / termPIR® BT- sloping layer: Ensures adequate drainage of water from the roof.
- 03. termPIR® AL / termPIR® BT board - insulation proper: Provides thermal insulation for the roof.
- 04. vapour barrier: It protects the thermal insulation from moisture from inside the building.
- 05. Base layer (trapezoidal sheeting): It forms the load-bearing structure of the roof.
