GS insPIRe® S MAX sandwich panel

GS insPIRe® S MAX wall panels are designed for the construction of external curtain walls and internal partition walls in frame structures. They can be assembled both vertically and horizontally, as single- and multi-span wall elements. The panels have galvanised steel sheet facings with organic polyester varnish. Tightness is ensured by a polyurethane PUS seal.

Description

GS insPIRe® S MAX sandwich panels are the ideal solution for the construction of external curtain walls and internal partition walls in frame structures. They are characterised by their versatility of installation, enabling them to be installed both vertically and horizontally and as single- and multi-span elements. Their cladding is made of steel sheet galvanised on both sides in accordance with EN 10346 and coated with organic polyester varnish with a coating thickness of 25 μm, which ensures high corrosion resistance and an aesthetic appearance. The panels are available in different thicknesses, with tongue-and-groove locking in thicknesses of 100 and 120 mm, and flat locking in thicknesses of 40, 60 and 80 mm. The tightness of the joints between the panels is ensured by a polyurethane PUS gasket, applied at the manufacturing stage, which guarantees an effective barrier against water and air ingress.
